As a young man with questions of 'why are we here & whats the point of life?' Simon crossed paths with Pastor Bruce Harris of The True Vine Bapist Church and started down a road that has changed his life in ways beyond words. In the evening of 29th April 1994 in the lounge room of the Harris family home, Pastor Harris showed him the way of salvation; Simon repented of his sins and by faith received The Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour .

The next Sunday Simon was in The True Vine Baptist Church Sunday Service hearing the sound preaching of the Word of God and within a couple of months was baptised. He met his wife Jessica there and within a few years felt the calling of the Lord upon his life to become a preacher of the Gospel.

In 2015 Pastor Doyle was given church authoirty by the Lord through First Baptist Bible Church under the leadership of Pastor Jerry Danforth to start a new mission church; and so Living Waters Baptist Church began 15th of February 2015.
